What you'll do

• Set up and stock stations
• complete station sheets
• prepare ingredients
• cook food on kitchen equipment
• follow Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager instructions
• label and tag prepared items
• monitor ingredients and request orders when needed
• coordinate food timing and presentation
• follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards
• maintain food quality and portion control
• read food tickets and manage expo as needed
• perform other assigned duties.
