Cosmetic Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Serve as a liaison between patients and physicians, cosmetic providers, and spa professionals
• manage cosmetic scheduling
• review patient data and feedback
• track consultation-to-treatment-plan conversions
• schedule and follow up on consultations
• support patients during cosmetic visits
• explain treatment options, skincare protocols, memberships, and promotions
• collaborate on cross-selling, treatment plans, events, and marketing
• support high-value clients and loyalty programs
• facilitate Visia Skin Analysis and ensure provider review.
