What you'll do

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate transactions from inception through closing
• advise clients on business structuring, governance, and strategy
• maintain and grow a book of business
• collaborate with firm leadership on growth initiatives
• mentor junior attorneys as applicable.
