What you'll do

• Monitor and support warehousing, transportation, and inbound and outbound forwarding operations across North American branches
• coordinate and enforce operational and personnel procedures
• analyze operational data and procedures
• identify improvements and train branch operators
• maintain and improve logistics KPIs and productivity
• research and implement suitable industry practices
• undertake ad hoc assignments.
