Additive Manufacturing Technician

Job overview

The Additive Manufacturing Technician role is onsite in Huntington Beach, CA, and pays $18–$24 per hour. Precision Resource manufactures precision metal components and assemblies for automotive, medical, aerospace and defense, and other industries. The technician operates and supports metal additive manufacturing equipment across setup, powder handling, build execution, post-processing, and inspection. The role works with engineering, quality, and new product introduction teams to support safe production and improve manufacturability.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor metal additive manufacturing equipment
• handle and manage metal powders according to safety and traceability requirements
• monitor builds and respond to alarms or process deviations
• flip builds and perform post-processing
• collaborate with engineering, quality, and NPI teams
• follow safety procedures for powders, PPE, ventilation, cleanliness, and hazardous materials
• maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
