What you'll do
- Manage grant administration from application through award, payment, reporting, and closeout
- process invitations and applications
- conduct administrative due diligence
- prepare grant agreements and banking requests
- coordinate payments with Finance
- maintain records in Blackbaud Grantmaking
- support applicants, grantee partners, and staff
- assist with data cleanup, reconciliation, reporting, and dashboards
- resolve system and workflow issues
- and recommend process improvements.
