What you'll do

• Support recruitment, selection, orientation, training, employee development, scheduling, and payroll
• ensure policies and procedures are followed
• maintain customer service, store safety, cleanliness, and security
• audit preventive maintenance and document building or equipment issues
• support retail presentation and inventory
• train employees in sales and upselling
• audit wash-dry-fold logs and address customer concerns
• and execute promotional programs.
