What you'll do

• Lead and inspire the account team
• build client relationships and achieve performance indicators

• foster transparency, safety, and accountability
• represent Compass in the district and community
• meet client needs, retain the account, identify cross-sell opportunities, and assist with rebids as directed
• support safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary functions
• conduct unit audits and maintain regulatory compliance
• oversee reporting, performance evaluations, succession planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial results.
