What you'll do

• Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of business rules and functional and nonfunctional requirements
• facilitate workshops, interviews, and design walkthroughs
• develop use cases, process flows, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and impact analyses
• maintain requirements traceability and alignment
• liaise across business, technical, development, QA, and operations teams
• support solution design, testing, and user acceptance testing
• analyze production issues and root causes
• identify process improvements
• use approved AI tools responsibly for analysis and documentation
• coach and review work of junior and mid-level analysts.
