HVAC Technician — Mobile Imaging Units

Job overview

The HVAC Technician role is based in Pasco, WA, with regular regional travel primarily to mobile imaging locations in the Tri-Cities; compensation is $32–$39 per hour. The technician supports Heritage Imaging’s mobile MRI, CT, PET/CT, and other imaging units. The role maintains specialized HVAC, chiller, and environmental control systems so mobile imaging equipment can operate under required temperature, humidity, and airflow conditions. Timely maintenance and repairs help support equipment performance and continuity of patient care.

What you'll do

• Maintain HVAC systems, chillers, air handlers, and environmental control units
• diagnose and repair system malfunctions
• monitor temperature and humidity
• conduct performance tests and calibrations
• respond to urgent service calls
• inspect generator-powered HVAC systems
• document service and parts
• follow OSHA, EPA, and manufacturer guidelines.
