The specialist coordinates cryogenic logistics and GMP warehousing and materials management to protect product integrity, traceability, chain of custody, and compliance. The work enables reliable movement, storage, and shipment of patient and donor materials and finished products while supporting manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Manage cryogenic inventory and transactions
• coordinate cryogenic material and product transfers
• receive fresh patient/donor and cryogenic donor materials and perform chain-of-custody and chain-of-identity verifications
• execute product pack-out and shipments
• prepare production picklists
• support inventory reconciliation and GMP warehouse operations
• review logistics documentation for GMP/GDP compliance
• support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, SOP revisions, and continuous improvement
• coordinate with Facilities and cross-functional teams.
