Groundskeeper

What you'll do

• Clean laundry rooms and vacuum buildings and foyers as needed
• check, clean, and replace light fixtures and bulbs
• manage trash and keep common areas clear of debris
• sweep sidewalks and shovel or treat icy areas
• leaf-blow, water, weed, prune, and mulch grounds
• maintain recreational and pool areas
• walk the property daily
• keep storage areas organized
• perform paint touch-ups when requested
• assist maintenance staff as needed.
