What you'll do

  • Direct daily property operations, staff workflow, resident service, leasing, occupancy, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and administration
  • monitor income and expenses, approve invoices within delegated authority, support budgets, review reports, and address variances
  • coordinate maintenance, inspections, unit turns, vendors, emergency response, and work orders
  • support Fair Housing-compliant interactions, leasing, notices, files, recertifications, and reasonable accommodations
  • address resident concerns and lease enforcement
  • conduct meetings and inspections
  • prepare reports and escalate issues appropriately.
