What you'll do

• Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and bid proposals
• review plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
• prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing analyses
• develop bid packages and scopes
• evaluate costs and identify risks, scope gaps, constructability concerns, and value-engineering opportunities. Support project pursuits and turnover, maintain cost and market-pricing data, build subcontractor and supplier relationships, and help establish estimating standards and tools. Serve as the primary estimating resource for the General Contracting Division
• support other divisions, including MAC Metal Fab, when workload and business needs allow.
