Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager works onsite at Miguel’s Jr. in Murrieta, CA; pay is $21–$24 per hour. The role supports the front- and back-of-house operations and performance of a single quick-service restaurant location. Working with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager leads shifts, develops team members, supports operational controls, and helps maintain guest service, food safety, and company standards. The position is also a development path toward future General Manager roles.

• Support daily front- and back-of-house operations

• assist with staffing and shift coverage
• monitor food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
