What you'll do

• Oversee hotel and restaurant operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food and beverage, and banquets
• maintain guest experience and service procedures
• monitor financial performance and revenue goals
• develop operational policies
• recruit, train, and develop team members
• manage inventory and supplies
• lead department meetings
• oversee capital projects, complaints, and service recovery
• prepare operating and capital budgets and marketing and sales plans
• monitor financial reports
• prepare monthly owner reports
• coordinate with vendors and department heads
• maintain human resources practices, compliance, safety, and security procedures.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of hospitality experience and at least three years of hotel and restaurant management experience. A three-year degree in business, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or an MBA is preferred. Flexible work schedule required.
