Activities Aide

Compensation is $6–$0 per week. Activities Aide is an onsite role in Monongahela, PA. The position supports residents at Havencrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The aide helps plan and deliver activities that encourage resident participation, connection, and engagement. The role also supports safe participation, records attendance, and reports changes in residents’ condition or behavior to the Activities Director or nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with developing and carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs
• encourage group and individual participation
• safely transport and escort residents
• maintain activity supplies, equipment, and rooms
• document attendance and participation
• assist with special events, holiday programs, and outings
• provide companionship to residents who do not join group activities
• and report changes in condition or behavior.
