What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, pressure washing, and appliance repairs
• complete scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance
• repair vacated rooms for new residents
• maintain common areas
• track supplies, equipment, and maintenance records
• communicate with local inspectors and authorities
• follow applicable codes.
