What you'll do

• Greet and prepare patients
• record vital signs, medical history, and intake information
• stock and sanitize exam rooms
• assist clinicians with reproductive health procedures
• perform phlebotomy, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, and specimen processing
• provide patient education
• maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
• answer and triage calls
• schedule appointments
• and manage patient records in EPIC.
