What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day facility and maintenance operations for three locations
- lead, schedule, train, coach, and develop facility and maintenance team members
- assign work orders
- perform and oversee electrical, drywall, painting, general building, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility repairs
- inspect buildings, equipment, and common areas
- coordinate preventive maintenance
- manage contractors and vendors
- monitor expenses, supplies, tools, and materials
- maintain work-order and maintenance records
- follow safety policies and applicable codes
- respond to facility emergencies
- communicate with leadership and staff
- travel between the three locations.
