- Develop and deliver training informed by current best practices, regulations, accreditation standards, and Community Based Care policies.
- Analyze training and service needs, recommend quality-improvement strategies, guide child welfare staff, assess competencies, recommend professionals for certification, support accreditation activities, and contribute to system analysis and training evaluation.
