What you'll do

• Provide customer service to donors, shoppers, and team members
• assist with training, coaching, and supervising associates
• oversee cash handling and opening and closing duties
• support scheduling, payroll tracking, and labor management
• process donations
• maintain safety and operational standards
• monitor inventory and stock shelves
• support loss prevention, reporting, and facility upkeep.
