What you'll do

• Plan and monitor schedules for providers, residents, consulting providers, and medical students
• create and maintain provider scheduling templates and Epic block calendars
• coordinate schedule changes and resolve emergency coverage conflicts
• optimize schedules for patient access and equitable session distribution
• orient new providers to scheduling procedures
• coordinate residency rotations, shadow sessions, preceptor coverage, and student schedules
• liaise with UMass and affiliated agencies
• maintain scheduling data and documentation in Epic
• distribute schedule changes and reports
• respond to provider communications
• coordinate orientation and training
• enter rounding and labor-and-delivery call shifts for applicable providers.
