What you'll do

• Support implementation and adoption of ServiceNow Knowledge Management
• create knowledge templates, workflows, and publishing standards
• manage content creation, migration, review, approval, and publishing
• establish ownership, governance, and lifecycle processes
• translate business processes with stakeholders and subject matter experts into usable content
• support human-centered design and customer experience initiatives
• collaborate across teams, present recommendations to leadership, and drive program improvement.
