Field Service Technician — Commercial Lighting

The Field Service Technician — Commercial Lighting role is field-based in Orlando, FL, with pay of $25 per hour. The technician supports DESCO Service’s customer, Acuity Brands, with commercial lighting, electrical, and control systems. The technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs customer systems, documenting work and coordinating with customers and service partners. What you'll do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial lighting, electrical, and control systems
• perform diagnostics, testing, commissioning, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot wiring, power, low-voltage, networking, and control issues
• interpret diagrams and manuals
• document work and test results
• coordinate with customers, dispatch, management, and manufacturer representatives
• travel to customer and project locations.
