Maintenance Supervisor, Sailhouse

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Kirkland, WA, with pay of $40–$43 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; after-hours and weekend work may be required as needed. Thrive Communities manages properties and aims to elevate residents’ living experiences. The supervisor leads maintenance staff and handles property upkeep, work orders, preventive maintenance, safety, vendors, and supplies. The role supports resident service and property operations while managing work within budget and responding to emergencies, including required on-call duties.

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance team members

• conduct safety meetings and manage OSHA/SDS reporting
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• manage vendors and supply inventory
