Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is hybrid, serving children and families throughout Nebraska, with primarily remote work and one required in-person visit per month. Compensation is up to $80 per hour, with rates negotiable based on experience. BK Behavior provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, and collaborates with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. The role monitors clinical progress and maintains documentation to support effective, ethical ABA services.

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • supervise and provide clinical guidance to behavior technicians
  • monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
  • collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
  • maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
