What you'll do

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and sheet metal projects from award through closeout
• lead buyout, procurement, and subcontractor/vendor management
• maintain schedules of values, pay applications, and budgets
• process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• track cost and margin
• coordinate with contractors, engineers, owners, and field superintendents
• review drawings and MEP coordination
• lead project meetings and report on schedule, cost, and risk
• promote jobsite safety.

Why this role
