What you'll do

• Guide, coach, and support business and clinical team members
• ensure schedules are covered and patient flow is smooth
• coordinate with providers to keep schedules full and operatories ready

• monitor production, collections, and daily reconciliation
• work with insurance carriers on claims and eligibility
• ensure infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards are followed
• welcome and train new team members
• address patient and parent concerns
