What you'll do

• Review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, order forms, NDAs, and vendor contracts
• manage redlines and agreements through signature
• advise Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Product on commercial decisions and risk
• review data-processing, security, and privacy terms
• maintain templates, negotiation playbooks, and fallback positions
• manage outside counsel engagements
• establish contract intake, tracking, and storage processes.
