What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, development, performance reviews, and succession planning for culinary teammates
• maintain food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• support menu development and production
• oversee warehouse operations, inventory, product rotation, and food-waste reporting
• resolve guest issues
• and handle administrative duties. May act as Manager on Duty or provide Front of House oversight when leadership is absent.
