The Personal Assistant, Direct Support Staff role is onsite in Rocklin, CA. Compensation is $20–$22.50 per hour. It contributes to clients’ independence, dignity, and well-being through direct care, documentation, and communication with families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
• support grooming, meal preparation, and mobility
• assist with community integration, transportation, and social engagement
• implement individualized support plans and document progress
• communicate with supervisors, family members, and care team members
• respond appropriately to behavioral or medical situations as needed.
