What you'll do

• Provide clinical guidance to LPNs administering medications and oversee residents’ day-to-day nursing care. Complete nursing assessments, screenings, incident-related assessments, and confidential documentation
• carry out authorized provider orders
• coordinate medical care
• participate in treatment and interdisciplinary meetings
• serve as a medical liaison
• conduct medication counts
• and provide nursing education and staff training as needed. A current, unrestricted West Virginia RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required
• behavioral health nursing experience is preferred.
