Intake Technician, Engine Component Cleaning

The Intake Technician role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. Reviva remanufactures diesel and gas engines, and this role prepares components for the remanufacturing process. The technician cleans, details, and qualifies engine components after teardown, helping determine whether parts are suitable for reuse. The work supports production quality through careful use of tools and equipment, adherence to standard work, and maintenance of a safe, orderly workstation.

What you'll do

• Clean and smooth engine components using detailing and buffing functions
• use hand, impact, and power tools
• follow Standard Work instructions
• report and help prevent product, process, or quality non-conformities
• operate overhead hoists, baskets, and carts
• perform prescribed preventive maintenance
• maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety regulations
• work at different stations as production needs require.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to stand for eight hours and repeatedly lift up to 70 pounds. Diesel engine teardown or assembly experience is preferred.
