What you'll do

• Plan and schedule daily personnel assignments for vehicle receipt, movement, storage, and pre-delivery inspections
• assist with yard and facility operations
• ensure teams have necessary tools and supplies
• communicate with associates, management, customers, and vendors
• conduct quality and safety audits
• support onboarding and training
• coach associates and administer the collective bargaining agreement
• manage time records
• prepare reports
• investigate and report accidents
• support customer satisfaction and facility needs.
