What you'll do

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale, multi-day signature events
• manage event lifecycle, timelines, project plans, setup, live operations, teardown, and evaluation
• develop guest experiences with internal teams
• create and monitor budgets
• manage vendors, contractors, and partners
• mentor event staff, volunteers, and seasonal employees
• keep guest experience, accessibility, and safety central
• collaborate with Marketing on promotion
• gather feedback and use data to improve future events.
