Client Service Representative — Veterinary Clinic

What you'll do

• triage patients by urgency
• explain clinic services
• handle sensitive situations professionally
• maintain patient records and capture charges
• process payments and refunds
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide instructions
• support product sales and inventory
• assist the veterinary team with administrative and patient-care tasks
• maintain a clean and safe hospital environment
• participate in opening, closing, and weekend duties as assigned.
