What you'll do
- Conduct ongoing and final punch lists
- devise, monitor, and adapt project schedules
- execute change orders and manage requests for information
- compile vendor and subcontractor estimates and balance budgets
- hold meetings with hotel representatives
- source local subcontractors and maintain relationships
- ensure employee compliance and documentation
- develop and communicate scopes of work
- maintain clean and safe worksites
- coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment and material receiving, inventory, and installation
- secure storage bins
- provide safety equipment and information
- conduct safety meetings and training
- file accident reports.
