What you'll do

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications
• train and support the BHT team
• escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• oversee client engagement and morale
• ensure client and BHT compliance with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
