In-Home Caregiver — Flexible Part-Time Schedule

The In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, providing care in clients’ homes. Pay for shifts of three hours or longer is $19–$22 per hour based on experience; the posting also states $30 per hour for one-hour shifts and $22.50 per hour for two-hour shifts. BrightStar Care provides one-on-one support to clients in their homes. The caregiver assists with personal care, daily activities, and companionship while monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health and needs. What you'll do

• Provide companionship and conversation
• assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and ambulation
• accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed
• monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs
• communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
