What you'll do

• Perform facilities maintenance involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs
• maintain pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs
• replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other fixtures
• complete preventive maintenance on systems such as HVAC
• repair interior walls, coverings, and ceilings
• clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies
• follow safety programs.
