BAS Account Manager

What you'll do

• Review bid requests, plans, and specifications
• develop client and contractor relationships
• prepare proposals, system sketches, point lists, and RFI documents
• maintain CRM, bid lists, and forecasts
• coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• manage project documentation and bid folders
• follow up on proposals and project status
• coordinate project turnover
• update estimating database pricing.
