Veterinary Practice Manager

The Veterinary Practice Manager role is onsite in Lewisville, NC, with compensation of $75,000–$90,000 per year based on experience. Animal Hospital of Lewisville provides veterinary care for dogs and cats throughout the Triad. The manager leads hospital teams and strengthens operations, financial performance, and workplace culture in partnership with the Medical Director and Regional Operations Support. The role develops staff, manages daily workflows and resources, and advances initiatives that improve hospital services and client experience.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable veterinary assistants, lead technicians, and client service/reception teams
• oversee onboarding, training, performance development, and leadership development
• manage workflow, staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, PIMS processes, equipment, and resources
• partner on budgets and financial performance
• ensure payroll accuracy and operational compliance
• oversee inventory and purchasing
• champion practice initiatives and service improvements
• support client retention and resolve escalated concerns.
