What you'll do

• Prepare, submit, and track zoning, construction, and environmental permit applications
• liaise with local, state, and federal agencies and utility companies
• ensure plans meet ordinances, codes, and regulations
• coordinate permit timelines with engineering and construction teams
• maintain records, renewals, and revisions
• coordinate with permit agencies, joint pole and structure owners, and third parties
• track site documentation and permit status
• prepare permitting and zoning documents
• travel to various locations as needed.
