What you'll do

• Respond to homeowner and landlord inquiries

• explain direct-sale options
• negotiate with sellers
• handle objections
• seek commitments and agreements
• conduct local appointments
• document activity in the CRM
• prepare handoffs to transaction coordination
• participate in coaching and KPI tracking.
