What you'll do

• Support day-to-day store operations and adherence to policies
• guide team members on customer interactions and procedures
• handle customer inquiries and concerns
• help conduct new-hire training and staff development
• provide feedback and support performance assessments
• audit and replenish inventory
• perform cash, tip, and timesheet audits
• support secure cash handling
• maintain cleanliness and manage waste and recycling.
