What you'll do

• Oversee rehabilitation service operations in the assigned region
• ensure service coverage across facilities
• mentor and train new Directors of Rehabilitation
• plan and direct operations and strategic initiatives
• review service quality and therapy program effectiveness
• oversee program development, patient satisfaction, and performance improvement
• develop budgets, staffing plans, and strategic forecasts
• collaborate with facility departments and clinical leaders
• support compliance and licensure survey preparation.
