What you'll do

• Represent DOCCS in office and community settings
• develop referral opportunities with physicians, medical offices, organizations, and local businesses
• maintain referral relationships
• schedule and attend meetings and local events
• follow up with prospective patients and referral sources
• coordinate promotional materials
• document outreach activity and results
• and assist with sales, marketing, and administrative work.
