What you'll do

• Support lending staff by processing construction and FBO account draws, collecting W-9 information, handling 1099 reporting, preparing lien waivers, and coordinating construction inspections.
• Process insurance payouts from escrow accounts, update loan files and note ticklers, balance general ledger accounts and private mortgage insurance, prepare payoff quotes and morning reports, review transaction and note exceptions, coupon orders and appraisals, assist customers by phone and in person, perform notary duties, and file records.
