Seasonal Packing Associate — Packing Department

Job overview

The Seasonal Packing Associate role is onsite in Pelham, AL. Compensation is $17 per hour for the Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. shift or $19 per hour for the Sunday–Thursday 4 p.m.–12:30 a.m. shift. The role supports PrintsWell’s Packing Department during its busiest production season. The associate helps keep customer orders accurate, organized, and moving from production through shipment. Depending on assignment, the work includes binning, sorting, picking, or packing products and checking orders for quality and completeness.

What you'll do

• Organize completed products into order bins
• sort printed products and components by order, item, or production stage
• inspect for quality, accuracy, and visible defects
• pick products and materials for orders
• inspect, package, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• follow paperwork and production instructions
• restock packing materials
• meet production and shipping deadlines
• report discrepancies.

Why this role
